There are many options available when deciding to find a place for your family to live, but few which make sense.  The opportunity Out West Homes presents is very unique and sensible.  It allows you and your family to gain equity in a home quickly, personally supervise the design and quality of your new home, and obtain the home for very little money out of pocket.  Our concept is unique, but very simple.  Through the work that you put into the house yourself and with help from friends and family, you are able to reduce the cost of your home.  This creates a rather large equity position while also reducing your cost of building.  Why pay someone to do what you can do yourself?  This savings may allow you to afford a nicer home compared to what you could pay for an existing home.

Out West Homes assists you in achieving your goal of home ownership quicker and easier.  We have extensive knowledge in financing, budgeting, design and construction.  Combining this with your desire to build allows you to achieve your goal of getting a new home at a more affordable cost, with a high quality product having with tremendous resale value.  This can be done with very little money out of pocket.  Since you are putting a lot of time and effort into your project, you do not necessarily need the big down payments associated with home ownership.
