As the General Contractor of your home, you will be able to review the quality of every component and procedure of your home.  Out West Homes provides a very strong framing package through Farwest Homes. County and City Building Inspectors like what they see.  You then get additional materials and labor to finish your home locally.

You are the quality control inspector.  You control the quality of every component of your home.  You select the kitchen cabinets, fireplace, bathroom fixtures, flooring, etc.  All options are open to you.  You are able to purchase sale items or use one of our local suppliers for builders discounts passed on to you. 

When you build your own home, you know and contol the exact quality of your home.  You are the decision maker and inspector.
